De Colores
I am in love. The warp is a variety of yarns from my stash; mostly greys. The weft is my most favorite yarn ever: 32 Flavors! I made two of these, I am keeping one, and this one is for sale in my shop.

Never a Dull Moment
Just taking a break from projects to share this newbie. I decided to try weaving my most favorite yarn in the world; 32 Flavors by Rivulette Handmade. The last time I worked with this amazing yarn I made this:
Sadly, she is no longer in my possession, I traded her for an awesome ring from myheartmoster.etsy.com.
I am also working on a very cool spiral cardigan that I will post as soon as I am finished!
Night Hand Fulled Scarf
Another attempt at hand fulling and I just love the results! I love how loose you are able to leave the ends/fringe and not worry about your weaving coming undone. Great colors too!

Lucy Plaid
I decided to take a stab at true plaid on my loom and I am very pleased with the results. The design is very on-the-fly and improvised. Truly one of a kind!

Why My Husband Rocks
My First White Hair
Yup. That is exactly what you think it is. Plucked from my very own head just this morning. The defiant little bugger stuck straight up; mocking me. One would think that 31 is much too young to spout white hairs, apparently genetics would beg to differ.
Coincidentally, my youngest's first tooth erupted this moring. Ah, the circle of life.

Back into Knit
I do this from time to time...That is go through these phases where I want to make nothing but garment after garment after garment. Click here to see what I produced on the tail end of my last garment streak. And there are even more further back in the archives.
Right now I am working on cloning a batwing cape thingy that I discovered on etsy some time back by Keep and Share (see picture below). The prototype that I started this afternoon is in a deep forest green yarn from my stash. We'll see how it turns out. It will likely be frogged, kept or given away!
And the other item that I am working on is this pattern here by Perl Grey. This is not the first time that I have purchased a kit from Perl Grey. Sadly, the last time I never got around to completing the project and am still in possession of the yarn!
